USA 1988 Collectible Olympic Themed Pins
Designed by Inventor, designer Jay M. Elliott to celebrate the USA effort during the 1988 Olympics in Seoul South Korea. These gold plated hand painted pins were made by the artisans, Bertone in Milan Italy. Bertone is the maker of the world famous World Cup Trophy for FIFA. Some of these pins were traded at the games in 1988 with some of the world class athletes including Gold Medal Winners and first time Olympians, Vietnam. After a game when he was playing for the Los Angeles Kings, Wayne Gretzky was handed set #99.

Each pin comes with a Brass Butterfly / Miltary clutch back in a Bertoni pouch.
